Trail Meet is collecting interest for a Vancouver founding beta. It is not yet operating live matches, hikes, direct messages, bookings, or payments.
Make the boundary easy
A no, pause, route change, slower pace, early exit, block, or report does not require debate or justification. Respect the first boundary.
Use honest trail information
Describe recent experience, pace, elevation comfort, equipment, and timing truthfully. Do not pressure someone into terrain, conditions, transport, or a social format they did not agree to.
Keep it platonic
Trail Meet is not a dating service. Friendly connection is welcome; sexual pressure, repeated romantic pursuit, unwanted contact, and using trail plans to isolate someone are not.
No harassment or discrimination
Harassment, threats, stalking, hate, intimidation, fraud, retaliation, and discrimination are incompatible with the community. Objective route requirements should describe the outing, not exclude people by identity.
Safety information stays free
Reporting, blocking, group-first choices, weather cancellations, and safety guidance must never be paywalled. Compatibility is never presented as a safety score.
Enforcement before live connections
Live member discovery, messages, and outings will remain disabled until Trail Meet has working report and block tools, staffed case handling, host standards, incident playbooks, and an appeal process.
