Trail Meet Founding Beta Terms

Trail Meet is collecting interest for a Vancouver founding beta. It is not yet operating live matches, hikes, direct messages, bookings, or payments.
Eligibility
The founding beta is intended for adults age 19 and older in or near Metro Vancouver. Joining the list does not guarantee an invitation, match, event place, launch date, or future feature.
What you are joining
You are asking Trail Meet to store a small Trail Fit record and, if you give permission, contact you about beta opportunities. No account, member relationship, hike, reservation, paid service, or recurring contract is created by the form.
Prototype boundaries
Profiles, messages, circles, and plans in the interactive demo are fictional. Demo actions stay in your browser and are not monitored, delivered, booked, or treated as a safety service.
Safety
Trail Meet is not a guide, emergency service, route authority, or guarantee that a person or outing is safe. If live beta activities are introduced, separate participant terms, operational controls, and acknowledgements will apply before anyone participates.
Friendship-first use
Trail Meet is designed for platonic hiking connections. Harassment, pressure after a boundary, discrimination, threats, fraud, unsafe conduct, and using the service primarily for dating are incompatible with the intended community.
Changes and ending the beta
Trail Meet may change, pause, or end the founding list. If material terms change before a live service begins, invited members will receive the updated terms and a meaningful choice before continuing.
Payments
The founding list is free and does not take payment. Any future paid offer will need separate prices, receipts, cancellation and refund terms, and review under the consumer law in force at that time.
Legal review gate
These owner-only beta terms describe the current implementation. The responsible organization is currently listed as Univenture Studio and the support contact as support@univenturestudio.com. Governing-law details and final enforceable language must be completed and reviewed before public launch.
